From 1st January until 9th February 2020, He' Feng introduces an auspicious Chinese New Year feast with prosperity Yee Sang specially curated by our chefs as you usher in the new year at the highest Chinese Restaurant in Melaka. Choose from our He'Feng Four Seasons Good Fortune Set at RM1399 or our He'Feng True Happiness Prosperity Set at RM1699. Both menus are catered for a table of 10 persons. The He' Feng Four Seasons Good Fortune Set boast festive flavours such as Prosperity Yee Sang with Sliced Norwegian Salmon and Crispy Fish Skin, Braised Sea Treasures in Thick Soup with Crab Meat & Fish Maw, Baked Ming Har Prawns with Oats and Butter, Braised 10-Head Abalone with Sea Cucumber, Shiitake Mushrooms and Garden Greens and many more. As for the He' Feng True Happiness Prosperity Set, the highlight will be the Hot Big Feast Bowl "Poon Choi" featuring all the auspicious flavours from 10-Head Abalone, Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber, Dried Scallops, Ming Har, Roasted Duck, Village Chicken, Dried Oyster, Hokkiado Scallops, Black Moss Rolls and Brocolli. It also features Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Fish Maw, Moon Scallops and Chinese Herbs, Chef's specialty Steamed Glutinous, Homemade Layer Puff and Lotus Paste and more. Executive Chef, Kok Yew Nin has also prepared a fine selection of a la carte Chinese New Year dishes which can be mixed and matched to create your ideal Chinese New Year feast.
