This is the Wangkang Barge that is going to collect unwanted souls on the streets that it passes.

The dragons would clean the streets and the unwanted souls would be collected by the barge that follows from behind.

This is Cheng Wah Keong Temple. The door of this temple is symbolic of its "mouth" and it is easy to recognise the two round-windows as its "eyes".
