As they take another step forward in their efforts to share their brand story with the world, they look to creating a consistent and palpable brand identity that Malausia can be proud of.

The Essential Rice.

They serve four of the most popular Malaysia rice dishes from their very own Pappa recipes; Nasi Rich, Nasi Lemak, Nasi Pulut and Chicken Rice.

Not forgetting the young ones, they also have a wholesome chicken porridge that is cooked and simmered to a soft, smooth texture.

One example of their rice dishes is Nasi Lemak with Curry Chicken. This is a dish of infused steamed coconut rice served with curry chicken, fried anchovies, fried peanuts, hard boiled eggs, cucumber slices and sambal.

Noodles.

At PappaRich, they have a sumptous variety of Malaysian noodles, served hot with soup, wok-fried or dry with soup gravy.

Their soup is freshly prepated daily, from boiling chicken with vegetables and is left simmered for hours before serving.

One example of their noodle dishes is Pappa Asam Laksa.

This dish is of thick rice noodles served in aromatic fish-based tamarind broth with shredded pineapple, lettuce, red chilli, cucumber, onion, and lemon grass. This yummy bowl of noodle is topped with shrimp paste and mint leaves.

The Rise of Bread.

Their bread needs no introduction. Their toasted or steamed bread with butter and kaya conjures fond memories of traditional bread of yesteryears.

I like the roti-stim with butter and kaya before enjoying the yummy half boiled eggs that is high in Omega 3, plus soya sauce and pepper garnished.

In addition to all the above I have mentioned, you can select your favorite Dim Sum, Vegetarian dishes and even a few Malaysian desserts to complete your meal.
