Sim Tong Him agreed with Datuk Gan Tian Loo that there was uncongenial ideas bubbling when plan for Jonker Walk was drawn on paper more than 13 years ago. The setting up of Jonker Walk could not be a personal matter as it was only an assumption to say that the founder has a close rapport with the Chief Minister. More suitable would be,both the founder and the Chief Minister are far-sighted people who see tourism as a source of income for the state.
