PENANG LETTUCE WRAP

Ingredients :

2 kg sengkuang
600 g carrot
600 g French beans
100 g dried shrimps
200 g dried cuttlefish

Method :

Heat fried oil in wok, stir fry dried shrimps and cuttlefish until fragant. Add in sengkuang and stir fry until soft, then add in French beans, salt, pepper and oyster sauce. Stir in friend onion. Wrap in lettuce leaves and serve.
