Here are some waffles recipes.

Traditional waffles

Makes 16 waffles
Cooking time is about 4 minutes.

Ingredient: 300g flour, 10g baking powder, salt, 75g icing sugar, 100g butter, 2 eggs, half liter milk

Method:

Mix the flour and baking powder together in a bowl. Add the salt, sugar, melted butter and eggs.

Mix together, adding a little milk at a time.

Leave the mix to stand for an hour.

Thin waffles

For 12 waffles
Cooking time is about 4 minutes.

Ingredient: 300g flour, 1 sachet baking powder, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 eggs, 400ml milk

Method:

Beat the eggs together until smooth.

Mix in the other ingredients, beating them until smooth.

Belgian waffles

For 12 waffles
Cooking time is about 4 minutes.

Ingredient: 5 eggs, 1 sachet baking powder, 300g flour, 300g sugar, 300g butter

Method:

Soften the butter.

Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder together.

Add the softened butter and the eggs.

Mix together well.

Soft Belgian waffles

For 16 waffles
Cooking time is about 5 to 5 and a half minutes.

Ingredient: 500g flour, half sachet baking powder, 400g butter, 400g sugar, 200ml milk, half sachet of vanilla-flavored sugar, 5 eggs

Method:

Beat egg yolks together.

Gradually add the other ingredients, folding in the firmly whisked egg whites at the end.

Sponge waffles

For 10 waffles
Cooking time is about 2 and a half minutes.

Ingredient: 5 eggs, 5 tablespoon warm water, 100g sugar, the rind of one lemon, 150g flour, half teaspoon baking powder, 5 egg whites

Method:

Beat the egg yolks, water, sugar and grated lemon ring together.

Mix the flour and baking powder together and add to the other ingredients.

Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture.

Vanilla waffles

For 14 waffles
Cooking time is about 3 to 4 minutes.

Ingredient: 200g butter, 50g sugar, 1 piece of vanilla pod or 2 sachets of vanilla flavoring, pinch of salt, 6 eggs, 300g flour, 2 teaspoon baking powder, a quarter liter of milk, 1 teaspoon rum

Method:

Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla and salt together.

Mix in the flour and baking powder, gradually add the milk and eggs and lastly, fold in the rum.

Cheese waffles

For 20 waffles
Cooking time is about 4 and a half minutes.

Ingredient: 100g butter, 8 egg yolks, half teaspoon salt, 500g flour, half teaspoon baking powder, 50g grated Parmesan cheese, half liter water, 8 eggs whites

Method:

Beat the butter.

Mix the flour and baking powder together.

Add, one after the other, the egg yolks, salt, flour, cheese and water.

Then fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.


Cleaning your sandwich maker

First, remove the plug from the power supply before cleaning.

Do not clean the snack maker under running water and do not immerse in water.

Second, to clean the plates, allow to cool then remove plates and wash in hot soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

Third, to clean the body of the multi snacker, allow to cool then wipe the appliance with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly afterwards. Do not immerse in water. Do not wash the cooking plates in dishwasher.

Always keep the appliance and cooking plates clean for best performance.

Never use abrasive cloth or pad to clean the cooking plate in order to protect the non-stick coating.
