Does your superior show you they love you?
Always, mother show love to her child.
We can’t say she
usually show love to her child.
Well, your working place is your second family, since you
spend half of your day working.
Superior showing love to the subordinates is aplenty, but
the percentage might be very small.
Amidst busy and tight working schedule and
moreover at the time of the day when the superior is about to end work and go
home but they desired to see you at your home when you are unwell, that is not many.
At this time, almost six, a general manager and a production
manager drove some 17 kilometers despite unpleasant heavy end work traffic condition
from their workplace to their subordinate home to show love, that is not
common.
They must have got the hearts of love to do that.

Love encourages a person well-being. There is no doubt that employee would remember their act of kindness forever.
To their actions, I guess their employees should one day come
to aware that superior naturally want to care for his subordinate, if the
subordinate would allow.
