How to use
soft skills to get hard results?
Mindfulness
is the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring
in the present moment.
We practice
mindfulness by maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts,
feelings, bodily sensations and the surrounding environment.

We want our
children to do the many things asked of him, for examples like, school grades,
extra-curricular excellences and a high flying-job when he works. A child needs
intelligence in order to get all these hopes true.

Many
thoughts come to the same when child intelligence is talk about, and many of us
believed that it is in the genes, inherited but the answer is probably no. Now,
here is a question for you to ponder upon. Can a good home environment foster
intelligence growth?
Mindfully,
when we tickle ourselves, we do not laugh because we are in no distress and we
are not at the mercy of someone who tickles us not with our will.
As we
advances, leaders and employees are still not able to work as effectively with
new methods, new standards and new technologies and as such, the result is
stress. I have been watching the ineffectiveness of a company who consistently upgraded its operations but failed to reap the expected result. The answer its problem is here in this book.
Stress
hurts your organization, and eats your profits.
You have to
become an emotionally agile business owner, or manager to reap bigger profits
by using your potential mindfulness now.
