The Melaka City Council has care for the cleanliness of this city very well and their men would go after unwanted objects in public areas including fallen leaves. Cleanliness is the key-point, a tourist will look at before he or she decide to make the second step to explore further. If the level of cleanliness is not attractive enough to one, he or she will get turn off and walk away. He or she is an important ‘ambassador’ for this city to introduce other tourist to visit.

The new government, Pakatan Harapan has selected ' Cleanliness ' as one of the three motto to restructure Melaka better so that this city progress continuously.

The MPKK Bukit Tempurung, SWCorp Melaka, YB Tey Kok Kiew, Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah, Ana Razak from MPKK Bukit Tempurung, and many others actively picked up rubbish and litters from the street on Little India. Deepavali is drawing closer. Are you going there?
