This sharpener is suitable for all knives with fine edge, except coated knives.

Place the knife sharpener with its rubber feet on an even and stable surface.

Hold the grib of the knife sharpener with one hand and take the knife in your other hand.

Then feed the knife with cutting edge downwards into sharpening slot 1 and draw knife under slight pressure several times. Repeat this in slot 2.

Do not use knife sharpener to sharpen serrated knife blades or scissors.
