The 44th Baba Sohan Singh Ji Salana Yaadgiri prayers begin yesterday on Temenggong Road and will end tomorrow Sunday 22 May 2016.

Today is a great day. Today is Wesak Day and is also a day of joyous season celebrated in true Sikhism style.

While last night, ten of thousands of people enjoyed the fireworks put up by Seck Kia Eenh, awesine fireworks will be put up at Gurdwara Sahib too.

Sant Baba Sohan Singh Ji (1902-1972) was the most highly respected Sikh missionary in Malaysia and Singapore.

His selfless services to the community, leadership, exemplary life and teaching inspired and created a spiritual awakening among the Sikhs.

There are many examples where the Sikh community has contributed in respect of Sant Baba Sohan Singh Ji. Just the above two examples are enough to describe that their master has touched the hearts of all Sikhs a long long time ago.

I am blessed that I have Sikh friend too, and two of them who always pop up in my mind whenever I go through this temple are Mohan Singh and Teja Singh.
