Sowing a better reunion
Not worth
arguing about. We cannot go back in time to make different choices. We reap
what we sow. There was no rehearsals.
If you give
time, you will gain time, if you give love you will receive love and if you
give hope, you will receive hope. What we put into a reunion produces an exact
and predictable union of love. We cannot sow sweet corns with an expectation of
eating bitter gourd. We cannot sow the fun of the last class and miss the joy
of the first class in our final year in High School, more so as it was a 40
years-old story on Jalan Chan Koon Cheng. But when come a day, Fun & Joy get mixed, the
ice is broken.
Therefore,
the 2017 reunion is going to be a social gathering attended by members of a MHS
77 group of people who have not seen each other for some time on a larger
scale. High School is over and people changes but what happened from 1973 to
1977 can never change again. And some stay the same. Next autumn is High
School Reunion. Let’s give support to Benny Chew as 1. [Sunday 13 March 2016]

5 Science 2 Mr. Yap Oi Kong was staying on Jln Semabok when he was studying with his high school mates. Now an accountant, he is managing an associates firm in Pandan Jaya, Kuala Lumpur.

Your old friend, Sekaran arrived in Uganda at 26 when there was continual gunfires. Dangerous then, but in 2009 Sekaran's company, Ugachicks sold 1 million chickens.
I noted he called to Holiday Inn Melaka last year to tell everyone he cares though he could not attend. Raj would know better.
A little update about an 'Old Friend Series' could help a better 2017 reunion.
