Lifestyle of cultural abundance amidst modernization is an integration of soul, mind and practices. (Reference: http://www.purplecane.my/en/content/6-company-background).

The cultures of various peoples are determined not only by the geography of their region, but by the ideas and customs that have come down to them out of the past.

By culture we mean the many things that make up the way of life of a people, their languages and religions, their arts and crafts including the types of homes they build, and definitely about what they eat.

Chinese cuisine is known the world over, and at Purple Cane, they allows the flavors to complement one another.

From ancient times until the middle of the nineteenth century, the hard work of raising food had to be done by hand.

Tea was known to the Chinese more than 500 years before Christ was born. Each of the tea leaves has a name.

I have come to know at a very young age that the “Cradle Of Millionaires” is still sticky to the unique Jalan Kampung Pantei in Melaka. Among many things, tea leaves is best sources there when I first my elders describe its heritage where the barge transportation boosted the import-export along the Melaka River since 1800s.

At Purple Cane, they formulated a vision of sharing cultural properties, creating cultural values and making cultural harmony and equality; established in 1987 by founder Mr. Lim Hock Lam.
