Of all the things today, meeting an old friend is the best gift for the day. A friend who return from China over the weekend like to meet, and to select a lunch place to foster the relationship is a priority.

He drive from Kuala Lumpur to Melaka to meet me. Considering his schedule in Kuala Lumpur and in his kampung in Melaka, time must be of essence.

To ensure both of us is comfortable with time and the place of meet, we select The Oak Tunch Buffet at THE PINES MELAKA. In doing so, we also consider the convenience of parking facility and surely want to avoid traffic jam.

The Oak is the best place for us on a Saturday or Sunday.

Before we check the food and beverage, we have a nice conversation, covering economic, education, textiles industry, fashion industry...in relation to China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, ...

And more importantly, we enjoy the food and beverage in The Oak. Look at these photographs ! Yummy !
