Like to learn how to make good Melaka's Sambal ?



First of all, you have got to go to a shop that sell good dried chilly, good garlic cloves, and good onions.

Cut the tips and the stalk of each chilly and cut into 2 or 3 pieces.

Soaked the dried cut red chilly in water.

Remove skin of garlic and onion.

Blend the three.

Heat up oil in wok and pour in the blended paste. Mix well while heating the paste till fragrant. Let it cool, put in tupperware and refrigerate.
