Edamame Wedges Breakfast
Get a
packet of green soyabeans and a packet of potatoes wedges.
Boil a pot
of water, salt it and after adding the edamame, boil and cook until bright
green for about 3 to 5 minutes. Drain the water and serve.
The cholesterol-free
Simplot wedges would be good to go with the edamame. Preheat the fryer to 175
degree. Deep fry for 3 ½ minutes until golden brown.
250 g of Wattie’s mixed
veges from New Zealand would add taste to the breakfast. Bring water to boil,
place frozen vegetables, cover and continue boiling for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain water and serve.
Rose Tea add fragrance to the breakfast.
