Sandra’s friend give us a bottle of Apple Vinegar.

You have to refrigerate the bottle after opening and to dilute 1 part concentrate with 5 to 8 parts of cold or hot water as you wish.

Apple is rich in flavonoid and polyphenols which improves blood circulation. It dissolve fats and regulate bowel movements. Apple cider vinegar nutritious, containing pectin, vitamins, minerals like phosphorus and potassium and enzymes. Apple vinegar is also a remedy for gastroenteritis and diarrhea after consuming unclean food. Good to balance PH.
