My wife is using the cream and she follow these steps:

1. Starting from the chin, and making upward movements following the jawline. Then, she go down on each side of her neck and repeat this motion for 3 times on each side of the face by lengthening the movements.

2. Next, she start from the corner of her lips and make short strokes by going all the way up to her cheekbones. Careful to the eyes area, she repeat this motion 3 times on each side of the face by finishing on her temples.

3. Finally, starting between the eyebrows and making way up, short movements is made on the forehead. Again by repeating 3 times, she smoothed the forehead.
