Melaka has
many cuisines with inherited set of traditional instructions and later further
refined with another set of traditional instruction through inter-marriages.

I like
eating with hand, especially with sambal, or nasi daun pisang and when I yearn
for those, I will go to Little India. Rectangular banana leaf is dropped in
front of us, followed by scoops of rice and in no time, servings from 3-pots rested
beyond the rice. Crispy and fragrant pappadam being the last to be deposited
after we requested for the type of sauce we like.
