Dinner is best today. This is because my wife prepared Sambal Belacan Buah Binjai.

Though there is Egg Cabbage, Luncheon Meat and Ikan Sepat Masin, the Sambal Belacan Buah Binjai is my favourite.

This type of sambal is unique in taste and is made at home. It is difficult to find a nice sambal belacan like this one as shown in the image.

Try to taste the sambal belacan when you are in Melaka.
