Discrimination happens.

The whites had discriminated against the blacks, an example of past large scale discrimination. One good movie is Kunta Kinte in Roots. 

Now, no longer a large scale discrimination. The blacks are given equal opportunities.

Discrimination takes many forms. Surprisingly discrimination has also make in-roads to sick leave entitlement on a small scale. Executives have learnt to validate General Physician decision on sick leave. They are a new breed. It is a special treatment for their favorite employee who visited private physician during odd hours. By stipulated conditions, such executives do not react the same to panel physician decision.


From human to health, from economy to education, ... there could exist, traces of discrimination.

Learnt, economic growth continue with discrimination and it is who you know.
