If you get a chance to go to Yuanshan, you just can’t leave without trying a delicious bowl of fish ball rice noodles.

Yuanshan has dozens of vendors who specialize in this unique dish.
The broth is stewed with pork bones, and then slippery, thick rice noodles, and fish balls made with fish batter are added. Some moist tofu is dropped in to absorb the tasty broth.
