How to cook Steam Aubergine?
Prepare:
500g aubergine
1t garlic shreds
1pc coriander
2t soy sauce
2t vinegar
1t sesame oil
1/2t sugar
1/2t chinese red pepper
1t salt
Steps:
500g aubergine
1t garlic shreds
1pc coriander
2t soy sauce
2t vinegar
1t sesame oil

Steps:
- Cut the aubergine into 15cm length pieces, and soak them into the salt water for 10 mins.
- Mix all seasoning in a bowl for use.
- Dry well the soaked aubergine and put them into a pot.
- Add water up to the desire level.
- Bring to boil.
- Heat up the seasoning.
- Transfer the aubergine onto a plate, add heated seasoning, with garlic shreds and coriander before serve.
