How to cook Steam Aubergine?

Prepare:

500g aubergine
1t garlic shreds
1pc coriander

2t soy sauce
2t vinegar
1t sesame oil
1/2t sugar
1/2t chinese red pepper
1t salt

Steps:

  1. Cut the aubergine into 15cm length pieces, and soak them into the salt water for 10 mins.
  2. Mix all seasoning in a bowl for use.
  3. Dry well the soaked aubergine and put them into a pot.
  4. Add water up to the desire level.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Heat up the seasoning.
  7. Transfer the aubergine onto a plate, add heated seasoning, with garlic shreds and coriander before serve.
