When 230,000 people die

It was Boxing Day when a tsunami killed 230, 000 people on December 26, 2004. It has been ten yesrs since. Before the tsunami happened, there wete signs. One of the signs was fishes rushed to shore. Would the same sign imply a coming of another tsunami ? There's is no solid relation told.
