Guan Eng and Najib on Christmas Open House

PM Najib wishes all Christians a Merry and meaningful Christmas. If people of faiths and beliefs refused to accept differences, the nation will be in chaos which arised from disharmony and discord, he added. He reminded every Malaysians to come together to make sure Malaysia remains as a land of harmony.

Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin emphasized that mutual respect among different religious background is the key to harmony in his greetings to Christians. Datuk Seri G. Palanivel reminded Malaysians not to forget the less fortunate as we pray for joy, happiness, peace and unity in every homes. Datuk Mah Siew Keong said Christmas is an opportunity to give love, understanding and joy of togetherness. Newly elected Malaysian Chinese Assembly president, Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai highlighted the importance of giving and sharing in his Christmas greetings.

The Open House was held at Padang Kota Lama Penang. Both Guan Eng and Najib acknowledged that it is the unity in variety which power the nation towards progressive improvements. They prayed that this goodness continue.
