How to make Herbal Egg

Get these from the Chinese herbal shop within Bukit Cina; Ligusticum wallichi, Angelica sinensis, Rehmannia glutinosa, Coponosis tangshen, Glycyrrhiza uralensis and spices.

Clean 20 eggs, place eggs into water and bring to boil.

Use 1 1/2 liter water and 1 1/2 teaspoon salt and put into the pot the herbal ingredients. Boil the mix. Crack the eggs shell slightly and put into the boiling herbal mix. Simmer the eggs in the herbal mix for at least 2 hours.
