Cono Sur Reserve
Cono Sur (Southern Corn) Colloquial denomination for the region where South America turns into the cone-shaped last corner of the world. Chile and its premium valleys lie to the west of the Cone, yielding uniquely rooted and elegant wines. In this Reserve Merlot, complex aromas of cherry, cassis and plum mingle with subtler chocolate, black pepper and smoky tones. A full, round and persistent violet-red wine, vinified to accomplish a delicate balance between fruit intensity and Oak ageing, Serve with both red and white meats, game, pasta and cured cheeses.
