But we are not doing the sorting. Don’t talk about the following 4S if we are not doing the sorting.

The Management find difficulties in sustaining the Standard.

The Management brought their minds together regularly, dissected 5S, examined 5S, and used 5S in their places of interest. In a community, some succeeded and some failed and worst, failing. 5S involves money. The money is not my money. Who cares.

I tell you. 5S is not about losing money. 5S is about making money. Every day, we see people losing money. People begin losing money from young and some do not reverse the situation as they grow.

From Age 1 to Age 5 – You sucked your pacifier and you forgot where you put. Your parent bought  one more for you, your cost increased.

From Age 6 to Age 10 –You left your pencil box in your classroom. Your parent again bought one more for you, your cost increased.

From Age 11 to Age 15 – You discarded your new slipper at the gate and lost one side when the dog bit. Your parent repeated the spending or we say they paid twice for your slipper.

From Age 16 to Age 20 – You parked your parent Storm at the side of a yellow-lined, and received a ticket for your parent to fork out an unbudgeted $300.

You see, for many from Age 1 to Age 20, they have not learn how to sort things.
