Resolving dispute privately
Mediation and
why mediate ?
Mediation is
a non-adversarial problem-solving process, where parties to a dispute engage
the assistance of a neutral third party (the mediator) to facilitate
negotiations between them to resolve their dispute quickly, privately and
amicably.
Mediation
save costs, save time, reduces risks, preserves relationships and is private
unlike public trials. Instead of taking months or years involving high
progressive costs, mediation remove all unnecessary costs and the waste of
time. Since mediation is a non confrontational process, the disagreeing parties
are guided to improve their relationships.
Agreeing to
the settlement package privately, mediation does not expose the parties to the
public and the media.
Mediation is
a way to resolving misunderstandings.
