Man benefited from salt
Places where
we can find salt are the beds, salt springs, salt lakes and the seas. It is
said that if the seas would dry up, the salts could cover the entire earth to a
thickness of some four feet. Salts that come from mining in the beds is called
the rock salt and it has 72 natural minerals including natural sodium, chloride
and iodine which melts in water, in the body and in the kidneys. Rock salts can
also bring down blood pressure, remove muscle cramps, numbness and tingling.
