Sturgeon Fish – To eat or not to eat



This fish range from the waters in North America and Eurasia. This fish swim in the Yangtze and the rivers of the northeast China. Sturgeon is a royal fish in England. Sturgeon is a large genoid fish of the family Acipenseridae. A matured length of 8 feet to 12 feet, the Russian is much larger. Sturgeon is a bottom fish and get its food by grubbing with its snout in the sand and mud. Sturgeon take in worms and other invertebrates. For the purpose of spawning, sturgeon ascends the rivers where great numbers were indiscriminately slaughter.
