To attempt to define time, place and relations all together is too controversial. Time in memorial, the primitive man measure time by noting the rising and setting of the sun. The equation of time is derived from the difference in time between the actual position of the sun and its mean position. In one hour, the earth rotates 15˚. In 2 hours, the earth rotates 30˚. When the earth makes a complete rotation, the earth has made 360˚. Everyone knows that the earth makes one rotation in 24 hours.

Time.

To a place, a name is given and that depends on its geographical and topographical destinations. To guess a place in its modern form is not an exact image. For example, colonizations and changes in the boundaries of nations and the tribes have significantly influenced the present results. But in a few places, colonizations have been preserved as shown in the ways of the untouched old structures of the whole old town. Preservations of such might not just remained in the physical infra-structures but also applied and used in their life-styles today and tomorrow. In relativity, we talk about matter, space and time.
