Orange Cherry Cookies


Method:
Beat butter, icing sugar, orange zest, vanilla and salt in a mixer until well mixed.
Add in the self raising flour, corn flour and mix them into a dough.
Use a star nozzle, pipe the mixture onto a oiled lined baking tray and top the little dough with pitted green and red cherry as decoration.
Bake in preheated oven at 179 degree C for about 20 minutes until light brown.
Remove the trays and cool on wire rack before storing in air-tight container.

Ingredients:
600g butter
210g icing sugar, sifted
3 tbsp grated orange zest
Vanilla portions
3/4 tsp salt
300g self raising flour, sifted
120g corn flour, sifted
