Stainless Steels Finish

Cold rolled stainless steels SUS 304 can take these finishes and they are;

• No. 2B Finish - This Finish is bright, smooth cold-rolled finish obtained by skin-pass rolling after annealing and pickling.
• BA Finish - This Finish is a highly reflective finish produced by cold rolling, bright annealing and skin-pass rolling.
• Hair Line Finish - This Finish is done from a special polished finish having continuous lines produced with abrasives materials.
• No. 4 Finish - This Finish is a standard polished finish which is produced with abrasive from grade 150 to grade 180 mesh.
• No. 400 Finish - This Finish is a high luster finish produced by polishing No. 2B with No. 400 buffing sisal buff.

Cold rolled stainless steels SUS 430 can take these finishes and they are;

• No. 2B Finish - This Finish is bright, smooth cold-rolled finish obtained by skin-pass rolling after the annealing process and pickling process.
• BA Finish - This Finish give a highly reflective finish produced by cold rolling, bright annealing work and skin-pass rolling.
• No. 4 Finish - This Finish is obtained as a standard polished finish produced with abrasives of grade 150 to grade 180.
• No. 320 Finish - This Finish is produced by a polished finish of about 320 grade abrasive materials.
• No. 400 Finish - This Finish is a high luster finish produced by using polishing No. 2B with Number 400 buffing sisal cloth or buff.
• KD Finish (R409L) - This Finish is dull, and the smooth finish is produced by dull-skin-pass rolling process after the tandem cold rolling phase, the annealing phase and the pickling phase
