SAMBAL KANGKONG

Ingredients :

Chopped 5 red chillies
3 chilli padi
5 cloves garlic
30 g balacan
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons fine shrimp sauce

and get ready 700 g kangkong.

Method :

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the wok, then stir ingredients till fragant. Add in kongkang, stir fry until cooked and serve hot
