Brazil: Coffee

Besides being the world's largest coffee grower, Brazil produces and exports vast quantities of cotton, cocoa, sugar, tobacco, rice, castor beans, oranges, bananas, pineapples, wheat and rubber. Today, major export products include automobiles, footwear, textiles, iron ore, steel and electrical equipment.

Brazil is bounded north by Colombia, Venezuala and the Guianas. The Atlantic Ocean washes her beautiful beaches with a coastline of over 7,000 kilometer from the southeast of Brazil to the northeast of Brazil. Looking down on the harbor from the heights of Salvador, the port is laid out on a tongue of land between the open Atlantic Ocean and Todos os Sotos Bay. The riches of the Amazon Basin are still largely unexplored.
