Benefits Of Zhineng Qigong
Some later moments in life when you get older, you would ask yourself a question, “When should I begin to learn Zhineng Qigong ?” You are correct when you say, “The daily activities are enough to make me tired and I do not want to squeeze another activity into the day which might make the day harder.” When you are caught in this situation, time has come to tell you that you need to review and revise your daily activities useful in the past but not now.
When you delay in reviewing and revising your present activities, you are reluctant to let go of the comfort zone of the past when you were younger. You were more energetic then but now it may not be. You are not rejecting the benefits of Qigong but you delay the benefits to a later stage.
If you ask me when should you begin to learn Zhineng Qigong, I would tell you that the moment is now and since you are still active, don’t delay in preserving your fitness and enrich life when you still can. Just as Master Lee gave us an example of life, “Putting out the fire before water reaches the boiling point is like asking for troubles of starting all over again and again” 799 people who attended the 8th Malaysia-Singapore Zhineng Qigong in Kulai on the 11th and 12th of July 2015 agreed with this fact.
Qigong has help some people to recover from illness but not all people who practices the art at a later stage in life. Mind illness while walking, standing, sitting or lying down is no good and the illness can spread to other parts of your body. People tend to forget about that fact of mind illness and don’t bother about the well-being of the body they already have from the beginning. Instead people tend to gather too much thoughts and not calming the mind. Calm the mind and uses the wisdom of the nature to cultivate Qigong within inner self today. The main objective of Qigong is to regulate the internal functions of the human body.
When the various parts of the human body is doing its job well, there is improved intelligence and life is prolonged as the body strengthened itself gradually with consistent practices. Thus the body defense forged by Qigong practices prevent the onset of diseases and many a time, is used to treat illnesses.
While Qigong is practiced for better health, you have to avoid emotional activities like anger, sadness, or over-joy that disturb health. Or else, it is equal to zero if you cannot
handle you own negative emotions.

On the 2nd day, the participants gathered in the
morning at the Ji Guan Hall to enjoy the China Master Lee who has enlightened
them on the power of love after they practice the Peng Qi Guan Ding Fa. Later, they have a sumptuous meal entertained by the local Chinese
Erhu.
The participants leave Ji Guan by five after the round-up by Mr. Zhuang of the Miaow Miow Group based in Batu Pahat.
