My favorite Long Beans Fried Rice

First, wash and cut the long beans into 10 cm length.

Next stir-fry chopped garlic in oil over medium heat. Scoop up the garlic onto plate. 

With the same oil in wok, plunge a few spoons of grinded dried shrimps. Stir-fry dried shrimps till fragrant and pour in the long beans.

Stir-fry the mixture till long beans half-cooked and add salt.

Then add cooked rice, over high heat stir the rice to allow moisture to vapourise.

Serve warm.
