Ikan Sepat Masak Nenas [By Siu Siu]

Get a small pineapple. 4 ikan sepat. Cut the fins of ikan sepat and wash clean. Cut pineapples into cubes.
Scoop 4 to 5 spoons of sambal cili paste onto heated wok. Stir paste over medium heat until fragrant.

Put onto fragrant paste, the pineapple cubes. Stir fry till you see a slight change in the aroma. Once you smell the spicy pineapple, pour in the coconut milk.

Cover the wok, and let it boil for about 25 minutes. Uncover the lid after 25 minutes and add the thick coconut minutes.
