How to cook Srambled Eggs with Bentong Ginger



Cut into fine thread-like shape using good quality Bentong ginger.

Pour oil into casserole. Heat up and add sliced ginger.

Stir ginger over medium heat till fragranr.

Add eggs.

Stir eggs till cooked and pour sesame oil and light soya sauce.

Continue to stir till sesame oil fragrant arises. Finally, pour in red wine and let heating to go on for about 15 minutes.
