Avocado


When the test report showed 3.25 mmol/l on LDL against 1.60 mmol/l for HDL, a reference to wikihow revealed that avocado could lower overall cholestrol but maintain HDL. 

A pack of three avocados is my first try of the Australian fruit. The fruits are imported from Avocado Export Company Pty Ltd., Brisbane, QLD,Australia.
