Mango is good for you

Mango is rich in water, vitamins A, B, and C. Has pectin fibre  and carbohydrates with minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, potassium, sodium and phosphorus. Mango protect your colon, promotes defecation, and make you stay youthful.

Of course, do not eat mango when you have skin allergies, infection, sore throat ...
