Orange





Orange carbonated drink is a favorite choice during the Chinese New Year. There is a rush to get bottles and cans of orange drink when the festive seasons come near. Besides being bottled and canned, the drink is also being packed. In packed orange drink, the pectin fiber improve the taste of the drink.


However, a thing good for one is not good for another. Diabetic person, person coughing and person experiencing diarrhea is not encouraged to consume orange. 


Orange is a good source to delay aging. Beside its' action in digestion, orange is good for the spleen and stomach. Orange improve the defecation and diuretic process. And orange's vitamin C enhance skin texture. 


Beside vitamin C, orange contain other acid and elements in its' pectin fiber and within its' richness of water content.
