Sit tall, walk tall



People observe how you stand, sit, and walk because it tells a great deal about you. People give interest when you stand tall with your neck back against your collar, with your chest held high and the stomach tucked in. This way, they see you as an alert guy and you are interested in your well-being.

Strong foot muscles play an important role in good posture. The big toes curled in and supported the arches is a good habit in support of standing tall. When standing still you should throw your weight to the outer borders of your feet.
